I'm 30 years old and working toward being the healthiest version of myself. And halfway through my journey to lose over 200 pounds, I've learned that weight loss is possible - even for me. ;) There's no magic cure; it just takes time, good planning and a positive attitude. It's not easy everyday, but the effort is totally worth it. And the rewards have been incredible so far! If I had known I could enjoy healthy living so much I might have started much sooner.
