Aida Mollenkamp is California-based food expert, TV host, writer, and culinary curator. She studied at the Cornell Hotel School and Le Cordon Bleu Paris before joining CHOW.com where she worked behind the scenes as Food Editor. Eventually, she moved to television where she hosted her Food Network show "Ask Aida" and later the Cooking Channel show, "foodCrafters". Over the years, she has authored more than 1,000 original recipes and continues to publish new recipes on her site, aidamollenkamp.com. Through her work, she aims to inspire creativity in the meals you craft, the gatherings you design, and the food adventures you embark upon.

Irvin Lin is a graphic designer and art director turned photographer, writer and baker. His award winning blog "Eat the Love" was a finalist in the 2011 Saveur magazine Best Food Blog Awards in the category of Best Baking and Dessert Blogs, as well as featured in numerous places like Food New Journal/Food52 News, Bon Appetit's Daily Links, The Cooking Channel, US Masterchef Magazine and PBS Food's 11 Food Blogs We Liked in 2011. A self-taught baker, Lin has won numerous baking awards including the judge's first place and the people's choice award in the SF Food Wars' Pie or Die contest.

Her cookbook Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef: A Love Story in 100 Tempting Recipes, written with her husband Daniel, was named one of the best cookbooks of 2010 by The New York Times. She is currently finishing the manuscript for her third book, Gluten-Free Girl: Cooking Everyday, which will be published in the spring of 2013.
