When I went vegan I was nervous.  I wasn't all that handy around the kitchen.  But then I learned just how simple it is to follow a plant-based diet: eat vegetables, fruit, legumes and beans, grains, and nuts and seeds (I call them the fab five food groups).  Over the years I have learned some tips and tricks that help me, a self-proclaimed busy non-cook, follow a healthy and happy plant-based diet.  We're here to help you simplify it, too.
