To participate in the Attune Daily Difference offer, one must follow the below guidelines.
- Consume at least one Attune chocolate bar a day for 14 consecutive days. Dates will be verified via cash register receipts.
- All Attune chocolate bars must be purchased within a 2 week window.
- Send UPC's of two 7-count boxes of Attune Chocolate Probiotic bars or 14 individual Attune Chocolate Probiotic bars.
- Send original cash register receipt(s) showing purchase of Attune Chocolate Probiotic bars.
Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Offer starts 8/1/09 and ends 12/31/10. All claims must be postmarked no later than 1/15/11 and received no later than 1/31/11.
How to Claim: To receive a check for a maximum refund of $18.00, send an original request form (click here to download form) and mail it with:
a) Original store-identified cash register receipts(s) from any 14 day period between 8/1/09 - 12/31/10 with the purchase price(s) circled.
b) Product purchased must only be Attune Chocolate Probiotic Bars.
c) Self addressed stamped envelope with proper return postage
d) Name, address, and brief description of why you did not feel the difference.

Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to Sponsor. Participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and to honor decisions of Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agrees that all refunds are awarded upon the condition that Sponsor, its promotions agencies, printers, suppliers of promotional materials, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any refund.
