- Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. Offer starts January 1, 2009 and ends June 30, 2009. All claims must be postmarked no later than July 15, 2009 and received no later than July 31, 2009.
- How to Claim. Send an original request form (click here to download form) and mail it with:
- The original store identified cash register receipt(s) dated between January 1, 2009 and June 30, 2009 with the purchase price circled, and
- The original UPC symbols from TWO (2) 7-count boxes or FOURTEEN (14) individual Attune Chocolate and/or Granola Probiotic Wellness Bars to receive a check up to $28.00. (Refund will not exceed actual purchase price).
- Name, address, and a brief description why you didn't see the benefits of Attune (no less than 15 words)

Eligibility:
Valid in USA only and APO/FPO addresses. Limit one rebate per family, household, address or envelope. No group, organization or club requests. Minimum purchase requirement of two 7-count boxes or 14 individual bars. Maximum refund of $28.00. Eligible customers will be refunded only the actual amount spent on the Attune products, not including sales tax or the amount of any coupon or discount received at the time of purchase. Not responsible for incomplete or incorrect requests. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for mailing of check.
General:
Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to Sponsor. Participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and to honor decisions of Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agrees that all refunds are awarded upon the condition that Sponsor, its promotions agencies, printers, suppliers of promotional materials, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any refund. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to cancel, terminate, or suspend this promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, refund redemption, security, fairness or proper entry to the offer.
