Attune Foods Supports GloryBee Save the Bees Program

Attune Foods is proud to be a friend of the bees.   Many of the scrumptious ingredients in our delicious cereals and snacks simply wouldn’t exist without the help of bees as pollinators – honey, blueberries, almonds, and more! That is why we partner with GloryBee and their Save the Bees program.

GloryBee donates one percent of retail and select bulk sales from their honey, honeystix and beekeeping directly to bee research. They also support ongoing education through the Oregon State Honey Bee Lab and their research on bee health and nutrition.

Almost nobody knows the “bee business” better than the folks at GloryBee.  Their steadfast commitment to promoting understanding and action around pressing bee issues like colony collapse disorder is truly second-to-none.  So, we’re working with our colleagues at GloryBee to help educate through our Sweet Home Farm granola packaging and Attune Foods social media outlets as well as providing financial contributions to their Save the Bee efforts. Last month, we attended their huge Bee Weekend event in Eugene, Oregon and over the next few weeks will be sharing some of what we learned about bees with our Attune Foods followers through a guest post from our friends at GloryBee and a photo essay from Bee Weekend.  With this brief blog series, we are hoping to spread the buzz. We’re big beelievers in bee education!
