Buckwheat & Hemp Fish Sticks with Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce

Something interesting about making simple foods is that keen passion for upcycling and extending creativity into simplicity. Why keep cereal constrained to a cereal bowl when it can provide a crunchy coating for fish sticks? Yes, fish sticks. We teamed up with Eating Rules’ “October Unprocessed”, a month-long challenge to eat unprocessed foods. Last year, we showed you how to make Uncle Sam Original cereal from scratch.
And this year, we’re getting more dinner-direct. Fish sticks.
We tend to be label-readers around these parts and are thrilled our customers are label-readers too. So, these scratch fish sticks are about as basic as you get: 5 ingredients and no preservatives. Rosemary gives them a savory earthiness. When paired with a simple Maple Mustard dipping sauce, you might find that you have just combined all the flavors of fall into one tempting protein main.
