How are you going back to basics?
One day at a time. I’ve also really gotten into canning.
I’m drinking more water.
I’m going back to basics with food. Knowing what’s in my food and the more simple foods are and the less ingredients used in them are important to me, which is why I eat Uncle Sam everyday.
This is going back to when people did everything with their hands and built things and were more physical. As a result, people were healthier. I am trying to do more myself.
I’m going back to basics by working out.
We are harvesting carrots from our backyard garden we planted. We are eating Uncle Sam and our new Buckwheat & Hemp simple foods. It’s easy to go back to basics food-wise because of all the fruit that’s fresh and available.
I’m looking forward to working my way back to basics.
