This month, we are focusing on snacking and asked our Attune Foods team, “If you are a snacker, when do you find yourself having a snack attack and what’s one of your favorite foods to snack on?” It looks like there is a pretty even split between savory and sweet.
What about you? When do you snack and are you a savory snacker or sweet?
Yes, I’m a snacker. I’m a huge snacker. After dinner and right when I get home from work, I snack. We eat dinner at 8. I snack on anything that’s in my pantry.
10 a.m. is when I get hungry for a snack and usually it’s a bowl of Uncle Sam cereal with blueberries and yogurt.
I don’t really snack. If I’m hungry and I need a mini-meal, I’ll usually make myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Usually it’s at night if I do have a snack and it’s usually something sweet like cookies and milk. That is my one major snack I allow myself to have.
Cinnamon graham crackers in the afternoon carry me through until dinnertime.
It’s got to be at night and usually involves chocolate chip cookies and milk.
I am a snacker and like to dip our Erewhon honey graham crackers into yogurt mixed with peanut butter.
