With the warmer weather finally here we crave lighter foods and bright flavors. We love mango and find any way we can to enjoy this sweet fruit!
Mango gets even fun in these sweet little parfaits…
These parfaits would be perfect for entertaining guests. For folks who like to keep things on the lighter side ~ these parfaits are the answer to the skinny sweet tooth.
The mango sauce is pure and fabulous! It is sweet enough that you need no refined sugars at all.
It is a simple purée of fresh mango. If you cannot get your hands on fresh, then frozen is OK too.
The crunchy cereal topping certainly adds to the texture and flavor of these healthy treats.
We love all kinds of yogurt parfaits here. Any of my parfait recipes would be awesome topped with our favorite Attune Foods cereals!
What is your favorite kind of parfait?
