1. To enter: We want to know what makes you SMILE FROM INSIDE! Access www.attunefoods.com between 8:00 a.m. PT on 10/22/07 and 6:00 p.m. PT on 12/3/07, when the sweepstakes ends, and follow the on-screen instructions to the Sweepstakes Entry Form. When you enter please tell us in 25 words or less what makes you smile from inside. All online entries must have a valid email address. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and discarded upon receipt without further consideration and without notification to entrants. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address, for this Sweepstakes. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user.
2. Prizes: (1) One Grand Prize consists of two passes to the San Francisco Yoga Journal Conference (January 18 – 21, 2008 in San Francisco, CA) valued at $1,900, Gift Certificate to Bliss Spa valued at $200, Gift Certificate to The Slanted Door valued at $100, two Attune wellness packs valued at $104, bouquet of flowers valued at $45 and a one year subscription to Yoga Journal valued at $15.95. (Total ARV $2365) (5) Wellness Prizes will be awarded to five winners consisting of an Attune wellness pack (1 box of chocolate and 1 box of granola Attune® bars, Attune T-Shirt and Attune water bottle) (ARV $52). (Total of Wellness Prizes $260) (Total ARV for all prizes $2615.) No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person/e-mail address. Federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be responsible for all additional expenses not specifically stated above, including, but not limited to, air or ground transportation, hotels, additional meals, gratuities, etc.
3. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries selected on or about 12/04/07. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about 12/6/07. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final. Winners will be required to sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release and return it by date specified in notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By submitting an entry, a winner agrees to allow use of his or her name and/or photograph for advertising this or similar promotions (including posting of first name, last initial, hometown city and state on the web) without compensation unless prohibited. All entries and all rights of ownership and publication of same will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that your entry is your original work and understand that it becomes the sole and exclusive property of Attune Foods, Inc. and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Attune Foods and its agencies to use the winning Attune® Smile From Inside Sweepstakes winner's name and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, except employees and the families of Attune Foods, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotion and advertising agencies. Attune Foods their affiliated companies, representatives, agents or employees are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prize winner against, any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Other Conditions: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes by a technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time and award the Prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or web-site or to be acting in violation of the Rules.
6. Privacy: The personally identifiable information collected at this sweepstakes is collected by and will be used to administer this sweepstakes only, unless you have elected to receive additional information and promotional material from Attune Foods. If so, your name may be added to Attune Foods, Inc. mailing list to receive information and promotional materials by mail or e-mail. Attune Foods, Inc. will not share your entry information with third parties, except as necessary to administer this sweepstakes. By entering this sweepstakes or agreeing to being added to our mailing list, you agree to Attune Foods’ use of information as described herein.
7. Winners List: Prize winners will be posted at www.attunefoods.com and http://www.attunefoods.com/news-and-events/ on or about 12/14/07.
